Wine Fest & Farmers Market

(BOLDT CASTLE)

Wine Festival & Farmers Market

Please join us for our 2nd Annual Wine Festival and Farmers Market featuring a variety of food, beverages, and goods produced in New York State.

Admission to the festival is included with your day admission to Boldt Castle. There are a variety of items for you to sample and purchase as well as live entertainment

Festival hours are 11:00 - 4:00 - but leave plenty of time to tour the Castle & its grounds.

Oil Painting Class

(NEW YORK STATE PARKS)

Try something new - learn to oil paint!

Join Wilson Bickford for a great oil painting class; "Roses." These fun classes are addicting! Everyone walks out with a fantastic piece of art. This class is for adults and teens. It will take place at Robert Moses’ middle beach building on Barnhart. Class will run from 10am - 2:30pm. Bring a bag-lunch and drink. $40 fee includes all materials. No experience necessary. Call to pre-register.

Scrapbooking Fun!

Join Heather for some Scrapbooking Fun.
Our friend Heather is bringing all her scrapbooking goodies so kids of all ages can make something cool to remember special times by. All materials are provided, but participants may want to bring a few special photographs to use. The pre-registration fee is $10. Class will run from 10am-12pm.

Bittersweet Wreath Class

(NEW YORK STATE PARKS)

Hurry to sign-up for this super popular annual class!
We will pre-cut the Bittersweet this year so all you have to do is make the wreath. Bring hand-held pruners and gloves though, as well as any special ribbons or decorative items you might want to use. This event is rain or shine because you will be under cover. The pre-registration fee is $12 and 2 class sessions are available: 10-11:30am or 1-2:30pm.

Fall Clean-Up Day!

(NEW YORK STATE PARKS)

Help us get a $3000 grant!
Come help us earn a $3000 ACTION Grant from Alcoa! Pass the word - we need 10 Alcoa employees to come and volunteer 4 hours of their time. We will work between 9:30am and 2:30pm. There will be lots of clean-up activities to choose from and something for all ages and abilities. Help us get our trails ready for winter, plant spring bulbs in the gardens, rake leaves, clean out bird houses, weed gardens and transplant flowers. Refreshments will be provided.

Public Paranormal Investigation

Mini Pack Basket Class!

Don't miss this opportunity!

Make your own Mini Pack Basket with our guest, Kimbrie Cullen. Workshop fee of $15 includes all materials, but participants are asked to bring scissors. The class will start at 11am and continue until baskets are complete (probably 3:30ish). This class will be held at the Massena American Legion on Orvis Street. Maximum class size is 8, so call early to pre-register.

Super Saturday Fun!

A fun-filled afternoon for kids!
Kids ages 5-12 are invited to join us for an afternoon of fun, Fall-related activities. We'll be making crafts and eating snacks that are all Fall-related. Kids will learn how to make traditional corn husk dolls and much more. Class will run from 1-3:30pm and the fee will be $10. This class will take place at the Massena Knights of Columbus on Orvis Street. Please call to pre-register.
